about Mike Baxter

Dr Mike Baxter is the Director of Sales Logiq, a company specialising in analysing and improving the customer experience of e-commerce sites. Having originally trained as a psychologist, he spent several years in user needs analysis before moving into product design, to translate these user needs into patented industrial products. He was Professor of Design and Communication at Ravensbourne College in Kent before setting up Sales Logiq in 2001. He is also the author of Online Retail 2004, the first benchmarking study of the customer experience of top UK retail sites.

He is based in West London.
